Welcome to ZenMatcha. Your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that our matcha and related products are of the highest quality. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and options when making a purchase from ZenMatcha.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (tea, matcha powders, and consumable goods), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used, for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item, therefore, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • You must contact our customer service team before returning the product.

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, because we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are although for only issued for products purchased directly from ZenMatcha’s official website (https://zenmatchaa.online).

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, therefore email us at support@zenmatchaa.online within 7 days of delivery.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Please send us photos of the product and packaging.

  • Contact us at support@zenmatchaa.online within 48 hours of delivery.
    Because we’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
To cancel an order, although please email us immediately at support@zenmatchaa.online with your order number and details.
